Really? Cause I like bacon and I like chocolate. I’m just not sure how they are together. And I’m guessing Paige hasn’t tried this recipe.

That is nearly as disgusting as bacon truffles (which, from experience, are not nearly as good as first thought).

I had this combination in a cupcake over the summer. I have to say at first the idea made me gag but I was intrigued. It was pretty darn good. Really anything with chocolate is.

These could either be totally yummy or totally disgusting, I can’t decide. Have you tasted them? What’s the verdict?

I think the closest I’ve ever come to this is bacon slices on top of peanut butter (courtesy of a creative adult in my life) and it was pretty good. But, I’m really not going to be mixing bacon and chocolate together. (Would those brownies be called “Pigs in Mud”?!)

This reminds me that it’s almost time to break out the world’s greatest holiday CD, John Denver and the Muppets, A Christmas Together…
Gonzo: Now bring us some figgy pudding…
Miss Piggy: Piggy pudding!
Gonzo: FIGgy pudding! It’s made with figs.
Miss Piggy: Oh.
Gonzo: (And bacon.)
Miss Piggy: What?!
PS: FYI, I replied to your comment re:hair back at my blog so others could see my answer there.
