OK, so life gives me plenty of reasons to stress. Things don’t go as planned. Time runs out. Toddlers get contrary. Work gets overwhelming. People get on my last nerve. Expectations get blown. Distances feel too far. Men are stupid don’t always behave in the way I think they should. I think you all know what I mean… we all have plenty of reasons to bitch.
But, I also have many, many reasons to be grateful and happy. I like the idea of choosing to focus on those things. And, although perhaps my blog does not always reflect it, I am a glass-half-full kind of girl.
So I think I’ll try to throw in an occasional post about things I like and appreciate and that make my life good.

4. my local SF Bay Area Ethio Adoption group, which has a gathering at Golden Gate Park tomorrow. I’m so psyched to see folks I know and meet a whole bunch of new people and their Ethiopian kids.
